1.Basic parameters

The diameter of the large end of the crushing cone: about 1000mm (the model “HCC100” usually indicates the cone specifications)

Maximum feed size: ≤160mm (≤120mm is recommended for best efficiency)

Discharge opening adjustment range: 10-30mm (hydraulic adjustment, adjustable according to crushing ratio requirements)

Processing capacity: 60-180 tons/hour (depending on material hardness, discharge port size and cavity Type Design)

Motor power: 75-110kW (90kW 4-pole motor is common, depending on the configuration)

2.The actual production capacity is greatly affected by factors such as material humidity, mud content, and feeding uniformity.

3.Key wear-resistant parts (rolling mortar wall, crushing wall) are usually made of high manganese steel (Mn18Cr2)
