Description

1. Basic specifications

model analysis:

IS: International standard single-stage single- suction centrifugal pump

50: Suction port diameter (50mm)

32: Discharge port diameter (32mm)

125: Impeller nominal diameter (125mm)

Type: Horizontal centrifugal pump (suitable for low viscosity liquid transportation) Flow range: 7.5-15m³/h(adjustable)

Head: 18.5-22m (adjusted according to the impeller cutting situation)

2.Structural design

Pump body material:

Cast iron (standard type) / 304/316L stainless steel(corrosion resistant type) Shaft seal:

Mechanical seal(Si/graphite pairing, leak-proof)

Optional double end seal + flushing water system (suitable for highly corrosive flocculants)

Impeller: Closed impeller (anti-clogging design)

Optional PP/PVDFmaterial (chemical corrosion resistant)

3.Power and performance

Motor power: 2.2kW (380V/50Hz, variable frequency control available)

Speed: 2900r/min (standard) /1450r/min (low shear option)

Applicable media:

polyacrylamide (PAM), PAC and other flocculant solutions

Viscosity range: ≤500cP (high viscosity requires special design)

Working temperature: ≤80℃ (high temperature type can reach 120℃)

4. Flocculant transfer adaptability

Anti-shear design: low-speed impeller (reduce polymer chain breakage) Anti-crystallization measures:

Optional insulation jacket (maintain solution temperature)

Quick-disassembly structure (easy to clean residual flocculants)

5. Equipment size and weight

Overall dimensions: ≈600×400×500mm (length×width×height)

Machine weight:80-120kg (depending on the material)

Selection recommendations

1. Corrosive flocculants (such as solutions containing Cl): Select 316L stainless steel or fluorine-lined pump body.

2.High-concentration PAM solution: It is recommended to configure a low-speed motor (1450r/min) to reduce degradation.

3.Maintenance points: The pump chamber must be flushed immediately after shutdown to prevent the flocculant from solidifying. If a corrosion resistance test report or customized solution is required, please specify the specific medium composition (such as pH value, solid content, etc.).
