Typical fault handling

1.Flow drop:

Check the impeller clearance (should be maintained at 0.5-1mm)

Verify the clogging of the inlet filter

2.Abnormal vibration:

Check the bearing wear (allowable vibration value ≤4.5mm/s)

(Note: It is recommended to match the Y-type filter (mesh number ≥20) and soft start device to extend the service life)
