Key points
1. Selection points:
For wet materials (water content > 10%), the grate gap needs to be increased or a vibrator needs to be added. For high-hardness ores (such as basalt), alloy steel grates are recommended.
2. Installation requirements:
The foundation level deviation is ≤2mm/m, and the pre-buried steel plate is used to prevent loosening. The discharge port and the crusher feed port should maintain a drop of 200-300mm.
