6.Selection recommendations

1. High wear conditions (iron ore tailings):

Select Cr27 high chromium cast iron liner (life ≥ 2 years)

4.Acidic tailings(pH <3):

Select rubber lining + 316L stainless steel mixing system

5.Maintenance cycle:

Check liner wear every month (remaining thickness <5mm needs to be replaced)

Lubricate bearings every quarter (water-resistant grease)
