3.Structural design

Electromagnetic flow meter:

Lining material: PTFE/F46 (strong corrosion resistance)

Electrode material: 316L/Tantalum (acid and alkali resistant)

Anti-clogging: no obstruction parts, suitable for flocculants containing trace solid particles

Turbine flow meter:

Impeller material: tungsten carbide (wear-resistant)

Bearing: Carbide (long life)

4.Installation and working condition adaptation

Installation method: flange connection (GB/T9119)

Medium temperature: ≤80 ℃(high temperature type can reach≥ 120℃)

Pressure level: 1.6MPa (optionally higher)

Explosion-proof requirements: Ex dⅡ BT4 (optional)

5.Selection suggestions

1.High viscosity/corrosive flocculants: Electromagnetic flowmeter (PTFE lining) is preferred.

2.Low viscosity/cleaning solution: optional turbine flowmeter (economical type).

3.Maintenance points:

Clean the electrode/impeller regularly (to prevent flocculant adhesion)

Avoid long-term dry operation (turbine flowmeter requires medium lubrication)

If need a QH curve or corrosion test report for a specific model, please specify the flocculant composition (such as pH value, solid content).

Electromagnetic flowmeter:    (Cr27 high chromium alloy lining)

Turbine flowmeter:  (low power consumption design)
