1. Basic specifications

Key points

1.Selection points:

For high- humidity materials (water content > 8%), it is recommended to choose polyurethane screen plates or increase the inclination angle of the screen surface. Viscous materials (such as clay) need to be equipped with a bouncing ball anti-blocking device.

2. Installation requirements:

The foundation level deviation is ≤2mm/m, and the thickness of the embedded steel plate is >30mm. A 500mm buffer space is reserved between the screen machine and the feeding/discharging equipment.

3. Maintenance cycle:

Check the tension and damage of the screen every 300 hours.

Replace the damping spring every 6 months (the rubber needs to be replaced in time)
