scraper material: ultra-high molecular weight    polyethylene (UHMWPE) or rubber

Feed concentration: 10%-30% solid content (weight ratio)

Underflow concentration: can be concentrated to 40%-70% (adjusted according to material characteristics)

Overflow turbidity: ≤300ppm (can be reduced to below 50ppm when used with flocculants)

Steel structure: ≈45-60 tons (including drive device) Concrete tank body: only the upper structure weighs about 20-30 tons

Key points

1.Factors affecting sedimentation efficiency:

Material density (iron ore slurry sedimentation speed > copper ore slurry)

Particle size distribution (200 mesh proportion > 60% when flocculant needs to be added)

2. Maintenance points:

Regularly check the oil quality of the hydraulic system (it is recommended to replace it every 2000 hours)

Prevent the rake frame from being crushed (the pool needs to be emptied to prevent freezing during winter shutdown)

3. modular design or wear-resistant enhanced versions.
